Sophia Lee is a NYC based Production Designer and Photographer originally from San Diego, California.

Starting as a studio artist, Sophia first found her love for filmmaking at 15 years old. Her early works screened at several festivals, including Asian American International Film Festival, Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, and San Diego Asian Film Festival.

Sophia holds a BFA in Film & Television from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and a minor in Studio Art. Her work as a filmmaker continues to pull from her background as a visual artist. As such, she is most drawn to designing stylized pieces and especially enjoys working on personal, introspective stories.
